In January 2009 Zentropa established the company ZENTROPA INTERNATIONAL NORWAY (“Zentropa Norge”) and is eager to invest in the production of Norwegian films as well as in co-producing films with other Norwegian and foreign film companies.

Animation is a main priority, but live-action feature films and tv-series, comedy and drama are already in development.

Zentropa has previously collaborated with a range of creative talent in Norway on several occasions and will now engage in closer working relationships. And by encouraging new talent, Zentropa can use its expertise in international film production to guide Norwegian creativity into the international arena.
