ABOOM pet animation studio, producing puppet films, puppet film series, puppet animation feature films and commercials. The Studio was founded in 1998 by the Latvian film studio “AB” and Denmark production company ZENTROPA.

The Studio means a group of professionals, thirteen in number right now, three filming pavilions working parallel. The Studio produces a 5-minute puppet film/commercial in approximately 2 months. The films are made on 35-mm film or on BETACAM SP or DIGIBETA.

Today studio in cooperation with Danish production company “ZENTROPA” has produced puppet animation film “The Little Knight”, puppet animation feature film “PROP AND BERTA” and co-produced (Latvia.- Denmark – Scotland) puppet animation feature film “THE THREE MUSKETEERS”.
